| FRENCH CROP |
Being a bleached, platinum, or white blonde takes a lot of maintenance and up keep. Though all of this up keep can do some damage to your hair. Now don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t change it for anything because I feel at my best when my hair is blonde, but the issue does become when do you give your hair a rest to heal and reduce the damage caused. For me a rest normally means letting my hair grow out and cutting off all the dead but I had been looking for a different cut that I thought I could rock and was still edgy that was on the shorter side. Since as you can see from my other blog posts I normally have a longer length on top, but after years of unsuccessful searches I found it. A French crop! It was the perfect blend of something edgy to continue matching with my style and current aesthetic while also allowing me to cut off all the damaged hair giving my hair the much-needed break it deserved… Well until the next bleach to maintain my frosty appearance.
Big thanks to my hairdresser Sunda who is always up for a challenge or to try something new. If you want to see more of her stuff check out her Instagram which is @stylingbysunda and if your in the Utah area looking for a new stylist and hairdresser hit her up she is one of the best, I always leave with my hair feeling healthy and soft even with the bleaching. Also let me know if you would be interested in a post about my hair care.
